About Cactus Mailing Company

Cactus Mailing is a full-service direct mail marketing company specializing in postcard campaigns. We're prescriptive where most vendors are passive: we tell you what to mail, who to mail it to, and what it will cost — then handle everything. Every campaign is all-inclusive: custom postcard design by our in-house team (no templates), your mailing list, full-color printing, addressing, and postage, all in one price with no hidden fees.Since 2001, we've built campaigns for more than 24,500 businesses and organizations — dental and medical practices, home services companies, restaurants, churches, schools, and dozens of other industries — mailing over 550 million postcards along the way. We run local service-area campaigns, event marketing, and nationwide mailings up to 500,000+ pieces, and we publish full pricing for 41+ industries right on our website, so you can see exactly what a campaign costs before you ever talk to us.Clients can add Addressable Geofencing to any campaign — digital ads that reach the same households receiving their postcards, on their phones and computers. We hold an A+ BBB rating and 600+ five-star Google reviews, and we've done one thing for 24 years: direct mail that brings in customers. It starts with a free 10-minute call — we'll map out a personalized campaign plan and give you an exact price, no pressure, no obligation.

Cactus Mailing has been a great tool for us to launch our second practice. They really do all the work for you while allowing you to add input. I would highly recommend Cactus Mailing to anyone starting a business or an established business wanting new clients/patients. They have really streamlined the communication between the client and their company. We have really already seen new patients beginning to schedule.
