They can’t return phone calls. Can’t respond to emails either. I would search for another plumber.
Response from Caccia Home ServicesFeb 13, 2026
We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. Not returning phone calls or emails is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we understand how frustrating that can be. While this review is from some time ago, we still take feedback like this seriously. Clear and timely communication is extremely important to us, and we’re always working to improve. If you’re open to it, we would appreciate the opportunity to learn more about what happened and see if there’s anything we can do to make it right. Thank you for sharing your feedback.

Dispatcher was polite and sharp. We called on thursday and new toilet was installed on Monday morning. The exact model and type my wife wanted. Installer showed up on time. Over the years its been the same employee Tyrone. Didn't recognize him her lost so much weight from the last time. Just kidding. He explained what he was going to do and then did just that. The billing was all electronic and easy. Tyrone cleaned up any mess, if at all. Was on his way in a couple of hours. Caccia also takes care of my rentals. Great Company. If I have any plumbing needs its only one phone call and its done.

Reading this made our day — thank you. We’re glad the scheduling process was smooth and that we could get the exact toilet your wife wanted installed quickly and hassle-free. Tyrone will definitely appreciate the shoutout (and the weight-loss joke). He takes real pride in explaining the work clearly, doing it right, and leaving everything spotless. We’re also grateful for the trust you place in us to care for your rentals — that long-term relationship means a lot. Knowing that one phone call to Caccia Home Services gives you peace of mind is exactly what we aim for. We truly appreciate your continued confidence in our team.

I have used Caccia Plumbing twice at our home and have been very pleased with their response and their workmanship. The tech that came out to our home both times (Joe Stevenson) is an excellent representative for Caccia Plumbing. I would recommend them to anyone who wants quality service.
