If you need a plumber...
It is true that we had problems with our water heater. It is also true that Caccia Plumbing came out two more times, at no expense to us, to solve the problem we were having after we called them to say that the problem was persisting. Each time, after we called them, Caccia was on time (or even earlier) and stayed as long as was necessary to solve our problem. We were given options (and the cost of the option) and were given, based on their experience, their suggestion which option was the best for our short term and long term satisfaction. I am pleased to share that the problem with our water heater has been solved to our satisfaction and, no small thing in todays business world, we were not charged for visits after the first one. I may have said that earlier in my review but it is worth repeating - Caccia wants happy customers. If you have a plumbing problem, we highly recommend Caccia. C & P Burlingame
