I went online and looked for cord protectors I could drive over. I thought I had found what I needed, bit I wasn't sure, so I called their customer service number and spoke with a very nice young man who was very knowledgeable about their products and he explained to me why I didn't want what I was looking at and showed me what would do everything I wanted and was quite economically priced.

Tried to purchase some techflex, and received an email shortly after saying that the shipment would be delayed and that they gave an option to cancel. I don't love the fact that there was a delay, but I appreciate the communication, rather than just having me wait like a lot of companies would have.
