I paid over $25.00 to have an item sent back only to wait over a month later for me to call and find out why I haven't received my refund. I was told it was because the item didn't have tags on it (which was a LIE. He only tried it on it was a christmas gift) and the other reason was because it wasn't in the bag it came in. Now they are telling me in order to get my merchandise back I HAVE TO PAY THEM $13.16 TO SHIP IT BACK TO ME. This is very poor customer service and I will never order from them again. Recorded your items being returned because its clear your word means nothing because the wearhouse said so.

They don’t even deserve one star but I had no choice to put it. At the beginning of the month I placed an order. Not even 30 minuets later I went to cancel and they said that I couldn’t cancel because it had already been packaged. All for quick and efficient but if my package DIDN’T LEAVE THE BUILDING then I should have been able to CANCEL my $298 order. Ok so I call back to see if I can return. The guy says of course, send it back to our address and just pay for the shipping. Ok no problem, lol $170!!!!!!!! For shipping back something that I NEVER needed in the first place. Lol Ok NO PROBLEM. Fast forward to today February 6th, UPS store calls me says they have several packages there for me. I already knew, they refused the return and because they refused it UPS CAN’T REFUND ME. SO NOW ALMOST $500 IN THE HOLE. Call CTAM, Rafale or whatever the guys name is was RUDE AS HELL. WOULD NOT LET ME SPEAK. WOULDN’T LISTEN TO WHAT I HAD TO SAY AND HUNG UP ON ME 3 TIMES. SO YEAH I GOT LOUD AND CUSSED A FEW TIMES. I AM AGGRAVATED. I AM DISGUSTED. He then basically says that I was lying about the first guy I spoke to saying to just return it to the original address because none of his coworkers would never tell anyone to do that because there’s a return process for a reason. He says what I can I do to solve this. I said REFUND ME ALL OF MY MONEY. He says yes I can do that, pay for shipping. AGAIN. LOLOLOL WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Why would I willingly spend $170 to ship something if I would have known there was a specific way it had to be done. COME ON!!!!!

I placed an order and when I received the confirmation. The shipping was $6 less than my total order. Shipping was $55 for mailing boxes! ROBBERY!!!! I reached out to customer service.. I’m awaiting their response. SHIPPING PRICES NEED TO BE DISPLAYED AT CHECKOUT…. Not when you receive your order confirmation.

Dont order from this company....i had to give them 1 star just soo I could do a rating on them....because I only give them a negative 5 stars right now....i order 6 high vis reflective shirts a wile back and the web site should have told me that my shirts were out of stock and not let me buy them....but instead let me waste my $ and a fee days later I got an email from them saying my order was on back order until Aug 30th....really....that is a load of freakin garbage....not good business at all people.....i have to go to someone else for what I need now because they wanna play games and take people's $ with no products.....worst service ever.

Extremely poor customer service on returns. Additionally the checkout says overnight cutoff is 14:30 EST, however when your order does not arrive you are directed too a hidden location on the website that states overnight cutt-off is 13:30 EST. You are offered no credit or refund for your wasted shipping expense. Go to McMaster or Grainger or other reputable company.

Extremely poor customer service and follow up. Three weeks after returning (authorized) merchandise I learned that the return policy fails to instruct you to follow up with them to provide the tracking number “before” the authorized return will be credited. And now they're claiming I refused to provide a tracking number and used profanities (I did say, "don't BS me). You have the information issue my refund.

Ordered product on a Wednesday paid for upgraded shipping and they didn't process my order until the following Tuesday. Not impressed, will not order from ctam again.
