A terrible experience. No customer service and they not ship on time. I ordered what was supposed to be a stock item that I needed right away. When after 2 business days it hadn’t shipped I contacted customer service via email and requested the order be cancelled. They never replied to that email. I also called and requested the order be cancelled. They assured me that they would and that they would follow up by email. They didn’t do either one and instead shipped the order to me a week later.

I am not sure how this company receives a 5 star review! Does not ship on time. Does not respond to emails. Rarely answers phone. Does not follow through with promises made on phone. This is the second time I made the mistake of placing an order with them.

Not recommended if you need items fast. It was nearly a week before my item was even shipped. Pricing is good but shipping costs seem to be inflated. Customer service offered excuses but no apology. It's been nine days and UPS tracking has the package arriving tonight.

Placed an order that had to be overnighted for an emergency install. I called ahead of placing the online order. And they verified the product as in stock and would be today. Also I called and ordered in the early AM to make sure it would go out that day. I never received the product the next day or an email verifying the shipment. The order showed up 4 days after the fact. I ordered on Thursday for a Friday Delivery and a Saturday install. The product showed up on Monday. Which cause us great stress in trying to find something else locally that the customer would accept. I tracked it down and found that it was not even shipped until Friday via the Tracking Number. We emailed and did get a response back after I said that I was going to refuse the shipment. They said that if I refuse it, that I can not return the product. And to let them know when it arrives and they will send me an RMA. I have made 2 each online request for the RMA through their website and have followed their rules. Only to get no response from the RMA request or from my attempt to call their office. Only good thing was that they did refund the extra Overnight shipping charge and just charged me 2 day shipping. So now I'm stuck with a product that I may never ever use again. Buyer beware

Received the wrong item but was told it was what I had ordered. Had to show them the original order before they would ship the correct one out. Decided to return an item from that order and did get a rma as per their process. Now they claim they never received it. Will not buy from again. Update as of Aug 17 - company reached out and provided a suitable compromise; provided refund less shipping I would have incurred.

Tried to receive a refund for a purchase when the wrong item was shipped. Company could not even verify what was shipped to me without constant emails asking for model and serial numbers of items shipped. Would not recommend shopping with a business with such poor customer service relations. If you dont know what product your shipping out to your customers, and your only concern is the purchase and the money received, maybe you shouldn't be selling to the general public!

Placed an order on February 23rd and never received it. Sent two (2) inquires – one on March 6th and another on March 16th – asking to know when I could expect it, what the tracking number was, or failing that, could I have a refund. Each time I was told that it was shipped but a tracking number was unavailable. It's been over a month and I still have not received my order. I've filed a complaint with the FTC and have had the charges disputed. CTAM is not a trustworthy company.

1) Tried to place an order online (beginning Feb) ... adding items to cart did not work properly. Would not add items, would add to quantity of other items in cart instead of new items. When trying to delete item from shopping cart, would say item number does not exist to delete. Items would show up as one quantity on one screen, then change to a different quantity on another page/screen. I tried with 3 different browsers (Edge, Chrome, Brave - on different machines even) ... all exhibited the same symptoms. Took me 3 days to get this order set up. 2) Delivery 1-6 business days. I finally managed to get the cart loaded with the items I wanted ... ordered 06-Feb-23 ... items didn't arrive until 23-Feb-23. 13 business days later. 3) Trying again to order a couple more items (01-Mar-23) ... exact same problems as before with the online ordering, which I had notified customer support and sent in a "contact us" previously. They did not respond then. Online ordering should not be this difficult and I was told there is no ordering via phone. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!!!! Talked to Joey @ CTaM .. issues sorted out ... website seems to be working OK now ...
