Received the package after 8 days Clothes are soooo adorable; definitely my favorite piece s in my wardrobe. Will definitely order from them again. Also, I was not sure about my sizes, the customer services responded so fast. love it !

cute designs. Unique style. The tops I ordered fit me so well. The material of the pieces are good. Definitely will come back and check out some new collections. I love how each item feels like a work of art.

I ordered from them many times, and the package came here in 8 days to 2 weeks. But it's totally worth of waiting. But i do hope their shipping can get faster tho in the future. Two piece Top is so cute, and skull outwear is definitely the cutest piece I have ever owned. Cant fine the aesthetic anywhere from other places.

Like someone else mentioned, this website definitely dropships. Website mentions a way shorter ship time than what actually happens. It took 2-3 months for my package to arrive and never got an email response regarding the packages. This would've been fine, but im being fr two of the three items I ordered come nothing close to what the image was on the website. The skirt is completely see through, and the tank top I ordered is a completely different design than what I was supposed to get. tldr don't buy from here, you're better off buying the same item off aliexpress tbh

I believe they're just dropshipping. I can find some of the clothes also on Pixie Rebels, Arcana Archive, and of course Ali Express.. so unfortunately everything I ordered is at least 90% polyester, which isn't too surprising considering everything I bought was under $30 (though it was made to look like they were on sale for about 70% off) but I can tell they're at least made better than Shein items. It just took about a month to get because they took several weeks to ship.. 3.5/5 -1 because of shipping time. -1/2 because of the material. won't buy here again but I don't regret buying the few pieces I did, because they're the cutest clothes I own rn lol

Definitely Love the brand!! I l ordered from them three times. Love most of their collections. The skull outwear and kiki skirt I ordered are very comfy and have good quality. The cargo bag took three weeks to ship since it's made to order. I can't find any brand like them.

Omg, I love this brand! !!!!!! Their clothes are so special that I can’t find it anywhere. Their shipping is quite slow, but it’s definitely worth waiting.

I ordered clothes from their website back in December 2022. I received delivery updates of the packages' whereabouts until late december and once it arrived in my country- updates ceased. I waited a little longer because it was new years and delays were expected but after a few more weeks, I contacted Byunli to get an update on what was going on. They said they'd investigate and get back to me but nothing. My package was lost, which is not surprising if something is being delivered by Evri. Anyone from the uk will know it's not physically possible to talk to a human if you have issues with your packages. I follow up with Byunli for months and said each time they'll check in with Evri to see what happened with my package and get back to me. They never did, never offered a resolution or refund and when i did finally ask for a refund, they ignored me. That's £130 I won't see again and has put me off buying anything from them in the future
