bought two of the "pressure washer" nozzles plus an accessory kit. The nozzles are crap and can hardly clean anything. However, in the accessory kit is a flex hose that I like very much because it is light weight. Don't buy the nozzles and buy the stretch hose at home depot. These folks will probably disappear very soon. As a matter of fact, I haven't seen their ads in a while.

I had problems with my Qinux Soundvol remote control and reported the fact. After 6 weeks of talking to an automated system that went around the issue but never solved my problem I asked for a replacement, which fell on deaf ears. After care system is non existent.

Infomercial order kept adding and adding items to purchase as I tried to finish original purchase. Then it tells you your final bill which added 4 more items to original purchase. Then they send you an email an hour later from a third party representative with order numbers. They will not cancel your order. The email they give you for customer service, doesn’t work.

Do not waste your money with Qinux Aquoxis online. Found out after ordering there was no way to cancel 30 minutes later, after noticing reviews and less than half price on Amazon. What appears a good product on YouTube add, indeed it is not. I decided to try it and it's just a hose attachment, only as powerful as the water pressure source. The company says you can return within 14 days "unopened". There is no address to send it, the return form in the website does not work. It is a conn. Now "byqinux" website has disappeared.

I purchased a Qinux Breeza air conditioner, only to discover it fails to cool a standard room as advertised, if the ambient temperature is over 30 degrees Celsius. I have a 12 volt evaporative cooler which cost me AUD $60, which works far better cooling wise over 40 degrees Celsius

Was quoted $144 AU gave permission for a withdrawal for that amount. Got my bank statement and they had taken out $193 aud why.

Firstly their ad was in AU dollars. Charged in US dollars and then the following week charged my card again for double the amount.
