Money-back gurantee and customer service is a scam!
I purchases bypassGPT in order to check my written thesis but I did not like it as it altered my content too much (not really for scientific writing) which is why I wanted to have a full refund (requestd it just the day after my purchase). I was offered half the refund for a full access until next billing which I politely declined as I really had no use for it and requsted the full refund again. As month after that I had still not received anything, I wrote to them again and asked about the status. Until today I am still waiting for the refund. What kind of a custormer service is this? I "risked" and got th full version as they had advertised a money-back gurantee and now they are refusing to pay back! Please stay away from this!

Absolute scam
Absolute scam, is not working. Paid 20€ a month, was detected by every single detector. Was hard to cancel, do absolutely not recommend it.

Hello, First of all, I am sorry that I failed to satisfy you. Secondly, I checked the email you sent to us and you wanted to seek a refund. Our refund policy clearly states that it needs to be within three days and 1,000 words. The refund policy can be found on the homepage and also on the price page. The number of words you used exceeds 1/3 of the available number of words. In this case, we do not allow refunds.

Once you've purchased a membership
Once you've purchased a membership, there's no way to cancel it easily. To terminate it, you have to email them, but even after a month, they don’t delete your card information, and they still charge you every month. Stay away from them, it's a scam

They keep your credit card information and they won't refund me when i only used it once.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. They advertise their monthly subscription as $8 a month, but in reality, they charge you $96! I have emailed several times for a refund but have gotten nothing back. I haven’t used 1000 words but have sent about 6 emails to their team. Hopefully this will finally get their attention!!!
