One of my biggest wins in thrive is having hard conversations with people. Before Thrive, I used to avoid that, and now, I’m doing that better. Thrive supported me in this through coaching and encouragement, not only from the coaches, but from the group as well.

Thrive is teaching me to learn how to feel… like really feel, because I don’t think I knew what it meant, genuinely. I’m learning to see a life beyond anxiety and challenge beliefs that don’t serve me. Bye Bye Panic gave me tools to manage physical anxiety symptoms, where Thrive is giving me the tools, Knowledge, and space to identify my patterns and build a relationship with myself.
