I recently purchased and received the Sidekick as a gift to my son, only to find that my son actually wanted the “Lite” barber bag. We live in separate households, so he hadn’t seen the actual bag. In the meantime I sent an email to byappt only the same day the bag arrived. I immediately received a prompt response and their gracious willingness to help me with my return and in this case, “exchange” In the meanwhile ( next day) my son came by To check out the Sidekick (before I sent it back ) and fell in love with it! So all is well! I really appreciate the byappt only‘s excellent customer service and attention to detail. We will definitely make plans in the near future to purchase a larger bag for travel! Thank you
