Comments not delivered, contacted them via email and was told the comments were deleted by the user. Why would I even delete the comments in the first place if I bought them myself?! Bunch of scammers.

Being told you deleted comments you had just paid for is not a satisfying answer, and we understand why it did not sit right. Comments that are not visible after delivery should have been delivered again or refunded.

A paid order that is not fulfilled gets refunded in full. That was true then and it is true now. Sorry this was not resolved at the time.

If we could not access a page, the right outcome was a prompt refund rather than a back and forth about who could see what. Sorry it went the other way.

The company has poor customer service if there is a problem with their order. I bought ten comments which they didn't deliver. I contacted the support and they said they did and should be hidden which were not. At the end of the story, they didn't answer anymore and stole my money for the service they didn't do. This company is not reliable

Being told an order was delivered when you could not see it, and then getting no further replies, is a poor way to be treated. Ten comments you paid for and could not see should have ended in a refund. Sorry it did not.

Support from this company is unprofessional and the website is poorly maintained. Their website has become too complicated for customers use. I tried to buy comments with my Visa card and my payment kept getting declined. I contacted my bank and they assured me that they were not declining my visa secure 3D payments and that it was the merchants website creating the issue. So they don’t take visa secured/ 3D, or Mastercard, their captcha is not set up on there website properly, and customer service doesn’t want to direct the problem to the right department to fix the issue. Other competitors take all major credit cards which this site doesn’t. They’re better competitors out there that are running better sites. This site is not worth the hassle. Don’t waste your time with this one.

This review is from 2024 and we are sorry it went unanswered until now. A checkout that kept declining a valid card, with support unable to route it to anyone who could fix it, was a fair thing to be annoyed about. Both have since been fixed: the payment problems are resolved and support is a great deal faster than it was then.

This review is from 2024 and we are sorry it took this long to answer. An order that is not delivered gets refunded, and going unanswered on top of that only made it worse. Delivery and support have both improved a great deal since then, and this is not how an order would be handled today.
