Used to have consistent service in shipping - but the last orders made have been shipped with incorrect weight and product. This used to be a great service, but am losing faith quickly. Customer service helps but consistent errors should not be happening.

They have been frequently selling and giving away moldy and seeded flower, edibles with inconsistent quality, mislabelled strains, distillate/rosin and budder mixed together sold as resin. Also the most bigoted staff you’ll ever meet. These guys seem to hate on everyone: Women, especially those with piercings, tattoos, and opinions, LGBT people and pronouns, the disabled, the mentally ill, other kinds of drug addicts, Indians, Chinese, Africans, and other immigrants, and basically anyone who votes. Hell they are even still crying about the lockdown And they’l ban you if you complain too much about the service. Absolute scumbag behaviour

FRAUDLENT COMPANY! Took my money, canceled the order. the contact phone number they use is for a group home. im currently working with the manager of the group home to get this place investigated by the RCMP.

Deals are usually good but I have experienced a bad customer service experience as I recently ordered 5 5g pens and the first one I opened leaked and wouldn’t stop. Every time I smoked it would leak out the bottom creating a huge mess not to mention the expense. 3 emails and no reply. Not happy.

Best cannabis site i have ever ordered from. Shipping is always fast, product is always amazing, always fresh and damn good prices. I dont know what that other guy who said its garbage is going on about. He must have personal beef with someone who works at buyweedpacks and posting crappy reviews to make them look bad.
