I would not recommend this product Sight Bulb or deal with this company ! They have a 30 day warranty ! My sight bulb was located in my outdoor light fixture protected from weather and develop a blurry haze picture that you couldn’t make out the content of the image after four months of use ! Custom Service said it was moisture after sending them different screen shots and that they would not do anything about it as it was passed 30 days! Very sad that they spent their money with attorneys writing their disclaimer and Your Rights of nothing instead of QC of their products and working with their customers to exchange defective products!

Piece of crap! Save you money and don't buy this. Would never sync. Always saying that router was to far away. Best used as a paperweight

I purchased two sight bulbs for my home one for the front and one for the back. One of the bulbs detached from the base and the other one will not turn 360 and completely stopped working. I thought I was purchasing something that would help me protect my home, but the bulbs did not work correctly. So I am out of money and I have two bulbs that do not work.

I wanted to ask a question about the device. EMAIL was rejected and Customer Service Number was "NOT FOUND". Guess that answers that.

I was charged for 5 cameras and ordered only two and got two. Got charged 140 something dollars. Tried getting the money that was taken out of my account back and got the run around. Seen the order that was placed and it did say 5 ordered but that was incorrect. Even tho I was charged for 5 I still only received 2. Is this a scam, yes! And nobody even cared so everyone stay away from this scamming product.

I ordered 4 cameras and I returned them because they were a re-occuring charge and they did not say anything about it. I attempted to return them, and they received the items without giving me a refund! Their customer support is horrible! I spoke to Salma and Lecrecia and they had no regard about us losing money!
