I ordered some shoes from them over 2 weeks ago. I still haven’t gotten a tracking number. I emailed them numerous of times requesting the tracking number after I got a email stating my order has been complete and processed and they have not replied and the website won’t load when I try to track my Order. I will be disputing charge with My bank.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT. NO MATTER WHEN I PLACE A CALL THE LINE JUST RING WITH NO REP AND NO WAY TO LEAVE VOICEMAIL, LEFT SEVERAL EMAIL MESSAGES WITH NO REPLY! YOU WILL RECEIVE A ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL SHORTLY AFTER PLACING ORDER WITH A ORDER TRACKING #, HOWEVER THE TRACKING SITE ON COMPANY SITE IS BROKEN OR ALSO NON EXISTENT. I PLACED ORDER ON 1/24/25, TODAY IS 2/5/25 AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY FEEDBACK OR UPDATE ON ORDER. DO NOT RISK YOUR TIME OR MONEY SHOPPING WITH BUY PURITY UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY AND TIME TO WASTE.
