Haven’t received my order yet I ordered my shoes on Jan 29th still ain’t got them

I purchased New Balance 993 shoes about 3 weeks ago. I received the shoes but they were to big. I sent emails and wanted to exchange for a smaller size. I have never heard from them.

It has been a week .. big scam moments after I paid they created a shipping label that was a week ago and that's as far as it got was waiting a label.. 🤬 Update...I got the shoes after 2 weeks and they are fake!

Ordered Sambas 2 months ago and got nothing but a lesson in being scammed. Do not buy anything from BuyPurity. Also, if you read the 5 star reviews they are obviously all from the scammers. They all have the same feel and mention BuyPurity very early in the review. Not at all real reviews.

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM… ordered pair of shoes received email order complete no tracking info called number no answer sent emails no response. Paid with debit card but shows up in bank statement as pay pal Has Van Hao SCAM SCAM SCAM. Will be filling a fraud report with bank and notifying google of this business as fraud!
