Need to learn how to keep track of their own stuff!
Ordered a breaker that their website said was in stock. Was contacted by someone saying that when they went to look for it, it was missing. I gave them 8-10 additional part numbers that would work, that their website said were in-stock. They couldn't find any of them. Waste of my time.

Dear "Homer Simpson," Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, though we're truly sorry for the frustration caused. We aim to deliver a "D'oh!"-free experience for all our customers, and it’s clear we missed the mark here. It seems we were caught in our own Springfield-style comedy of errors when the breakers listed as "in-stock" decided to pull a disappearing act. Rest assured, we've already started an internal investigation to get to the bottom of this inventory glitch. Hopefully without needing to call in Mr. Burns or the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. We appreciate the extra effort you made in providing alternate part numbers, and it’s disappointing that we couldn't fulfill your needs promptly. We apologize for that! We will learn from your case and strive to avoid another "Ay caramba!" moment. Thank you for giving us the chance to improve. Your feedback is more valuable than donuts at a power plant.
