I thought the order process was a bit confusing. It appeared as if I placed an order before the payment processed which led to multiple emails being received with different order numbers. I thought I placed an order multiple times even though the payment didn't complete. Was the PayPal icon greyed out?? Also, the name listed on PayPal wasn't the website name, & it changed each time I went through the order process. I thought it might've been fraudulent so closed out. Maybe use someone who doesn't know your site to see what changes the user recommends??
