This is the first time I ordered from…
This is the first time I ordered from this company and was looking forward to receiving my order. I actually got your request for a review of the company first! I was a little concerned since I had NOT yet received my order so I emailed them explaining my situation. Needless to say, it took a few days and a few emails but their customer service is second to NONE!!! They tracked my order and found it was at the USPS Distribution center! I don't know how long it was there but I received my order late yesterday afternoon. Since this company is in India and I'm in the USA, it took a couple days to receive a response email due to the time difference. I will definitely refer this company to friends and family and will definitely order again!!!

The first package did not arrive
The first package did not arrive, and they instantly sent out a replacement which did arrive perfectly! This was the 2nd time I ordered from them and both times I was very happy with the products I got.

Will order again When needed Period
The product was shipped quickly. The communication was okay. The only issue I had was not understanding the PayPal requirements. I delayed my own shipment because I thought it had already been taken out of PayPal, but it hadn't. Make the website a little more easy to understand.
