For starters, the prices are the best you will find and i did a very very lengthy search because my husband and I both need upper level aids. Today I upgraded from the Oticon Intent 2 to the NEW REVEAL and my husband did the same...for THOUSANDS LESS than you will pay from a different source. And the service is as fabulous as the prices both in Sales and with the Audiologist. Samantha and Pryanka are easygoing, smart patient and super generous with their time. My husband kept track of our calls and says together we totaled 12 calls and 2 Zooms. Two special women who really just want to make sure you get precisely what you need-- and get it promptly. Their audiologists will, once they have your audiogram, program your aids at no added cost. Amazing. This is a 5 STAR COMPANY.

I highly recommend Mike and buyhearingaid.com for hearing aid services. I recently upgrade my hearing aid phonak infinio sphere to the ultra version. I shipped my hearing aid and Mike and his group completed the task on time and without any issues. Their price is probably among the lowest in the industry. On another occasion, I order P2 receivers for my Phonak. Initially the company sent the wrong ones but once I got hold of Mike, he quickly sent the correct P2 receivers. Overall, I found Mike very responsive and attentive to the task.
