Very fast service and follow-up from Parvesh. Up to now the hearing aids are the best I have owned although I still have to take them into my work environment. Having said that Parvesh is ready to make any minor adjustments that may be required.

He took the time and had the patience to make sure I was completely satisfied with my hearing aids. It took a lot of time to get them connected properly, but he hung out until it was done. Very satisfied.
