An exceptional experience
My experience (start to finish) with David Brown at BuyHearingAid.com was exceptional. As someone in the healthcare industry, (sadly) I'm accustomed to staff sometimes delivering lackluster service. David genuinely cared, took time to answer questions, and followed-up to be sure I received my tinnitus device and was happy with it. Seriously good customer service.
