I'm a long time customer of this site and have had great experiences up to now. I placed an order on 8/16/26 (order number 213067G) but have not received a tracking number after 8 business days. I opened a ticket to request the tracking number (ticket 270087) but it was closed with no resolution. If the company provides me with a tracking number for my order, I'm happy to update this review. Update: I received a refund for the total amount of the order.

Boy has things things changed since COVID when you'd wait,sometimes, from 4-6 weeks. Now it comes in a week depending where you live. If you live in Iran I suspect a year at least for delivery.A very responsive vendor to questions and keeps you informed. Good guy, good service and no I don't know him but do recommend him.

I seriously had my doubts at first but, they are most definitely legit. They also DEEPLY care about their customers! I say this because if they make a small mistake?....they repay their "debt" to said customer 7fold. I know from experience. HIGHLY impressed. TY BYG!!!

Ordered plenty and never had any complaints, prices are good, shippings good considering. Had one package stopped at customs and they reshipped it free and support team was quick to deal with it, all other orders have been smooth sailing.
