Incorrect Order
I ordered 3 bottles of Simply Thyroid but received 3 bottles of Simply Thymus. The order slip said Simply Thyroid but I understand, mistakes happen. I submitted an email through their site and expected someone to contact me shortly because that’s what it said. However, I received no response. I emailed Buy Food Research and received an automated email stating Gabriella would be out until September for maternity leave, but I could contact Morgan or Brittany for immediate assistance. I emailed both of them 3 days ago and still haven’t received a response. It shouldn’t be this difficult. As a patient of Dr. Thiel I will likely just call his office when I need supplements in the future. They are much more reliable and easy to get in touch with.
