I've bought domains before that were never owned by a reseller so this was my first time and I was a bit anxious about it. I spoke with a BuyDomains sales rep Tim M and he was very upfront and had a phone conversation with me about the domain I was looking at and its associated cost. Overall the experience was relatively painless (except the hit to the wallet over getting an unclaimed domain haha) but the price wasn't really that bad considering. It took a few days to get the account with their registrar to setup the transfer but once that was done I had the domain transferred over to me in less than 24 hours. I definitely recommend them if they have a domain name you are after.

Most important thing is overall process was very simple. I know some domain companies did some stupid process called something like auction and takes a lot of energies and times. Dislike them, overall process was very simple and fast. After purchasing, I needed to contact the company to ask a question. It was responded quickly and correctly.
