I spent $45 on the elfthc vape, And after one charge, it was not usable. Just leaked oil. Clogged up and could not be used. Just not a good product at all.

Terrible, false advertising and greedy company. Ordered disposable pens and all of them are recalled, manufactured unprofessional and stopped working. This company doesn't give refunds nor has customer service. Beware. I do not recommend at all. In addition, the oil taste like ammonia. This company is due to collapse.

Placed order on January 13. Received a package with nothing that I ordered. I think they put my shipping label on someone else's order. I have called and left several messages to try and resolve this issue. This company has zero customer service.

Ordered a very specific item for a reason, recieved a completely different (useless to me) one instead. Company claims they are the same thing and are refusing to rectify the situation. Needless the say, if I wanted what I recieved i'd have ordered one of the dozens they have available. I just wanted what I paid for! Who treats returning paying customers like this!!!
