Still haven't received my package

Both devices were not functioning upon arrival. I called customer service and they were the rudest people I have ever talked to on the phone. I felt like they did not believe me. I was asked to provide proof it does not work by sending a video. Just so everyone is aware you have 3 days to make sure your device is working properly or they will literally not do anything for you. I ordered 2 the last time and the first one worked fine but the second one worked for a couple days and then was rendered useless by poorly created parts. At this point after having used the 1st one (now on the second one) it was well passed the 3 day mark and literally their words were we cannot do anything for you. I would recommend caution with this company because they do not care about their customers.

The last time I ordered from here was last December. I tried to place an order yesterday and found out that they no longer ship to NY. I am pissed!!. You would think that they would have informed the customers of this.

I have a pen form buy deltas and it just stopped working out of no where barley used I tried to use it and it just won’t light up anymore I need to get ahold of customer service to fix my issue. Very weird situation but I guess the pen was defective from the start

I ordered on December 2nd still have not received order Dec 9th . Trying to contact customer service is a joke. I have called dozens of times and left voicemails. Not once has anyone ever returned a voicemail. Their products are outstanding but not worth ordering again nothing should take7 days to delivery

Ordered on Monday , it's Saturday still have not received my order. Why am I spending money for express mail

Never received items. Customer service so far refuses to fix this by giving me a credit or refund. They want me to fill out an incident report and fill out my information and take my signature. The internet is not safe. I just want a regular refund or store credit. Don’t know what the issue is.

Everything. ordered a cart, arrived broken and spilled on other contents, only received a refund.
