When the product was delivered, i opened it and tried to use it and it did not work at all! I was very dissappointed to spend $31 and some change just to be dissatisfied. I couldn’t get a return because i had already opened the product and tried to use it. Smh.

I checked the status and and USPS is saying that they are returning my item to the sender. It's been almost two weeks. I checked my order and I wrote the address right so I'm not sure what happened but I was never contacted. I haven't received a refund or the product.

I received everything melted, had to throw away, I felt like I threw out $129.00. Not enough ice packs in box the ice pack was so tiny!!! Got a response, I am so happy they are about their customers, they offered to replace the order, which I am very greatful for, giving them another chance!!!!
