BuybyecritterReviews of buybyecritter.com

The bottom line is that they just do not work. We purchased three of these and placed them into our crawlspace. We put a trail camera down there to see if there was any further mouse activity. Recorded many videos with the mice climbing all around the units, totally unbothered by them. The best that the company will do is refund 85% of the cost. They do not even want the units back. Steer clear of these.

Bought 10 bye critter units, thought I was reading informed reviews. I think they were just advertisements . Anyway after 5 months they systemically stopped working , the green light is off. these were purchased 10/7/2023 from Margin Holding Limited. Customer service hung up on me, I believe they are not a over board company. Buy somewhere else with some buyer protection. This is true and this is my first review. They might work ,just not very long and I only had 2 rogue mice which we caught in traps, these were bought as a safe guard.

Bought 3 of them for $90 reviews looked good at time of purchase so I ordered, all 3 they only lasted 5 months, I called customer service and figured they would replace all 3 but was told the warranty was over, what a waste of money, I believe this company writes their own reviews, stay away from these scammers they are getting rich on selling JUNK!

This is scam. I do not have a mice infestation - in fact I think its one or two errant mice so nothing too bad. I continually find mice droppings directly under this piece of crap plug-in. They do not seem affected in the least which makes me think the only thing this plug-in is actually doing is shining a wee green light. Do not waste your money.

I guess I fell for this scam. It no longer lights up no matter what outlet I plug it into. Of course, it is past 30 days so I can't return. I've seen a couple spiders since I got it so idk if it really works. The bottom line is DON'T BUY THIS

I spent $125 for 4 plug ins. Less than 90 days the first one stopped working shortly after the second. Complete disappointment! After contacting company they only replace after 30 days, clearly if they didn’t have many problems their refund/replacement policy would be longer. So sad being the plastic is cheap and it probably cost them $3 to make. Time to find another company but this time will read the fine print.

Not worth the $. I purchased 6 in April of 2023 and 3 already aren't working. I just called customer service and was advised that there is only 30 day money back guarantee and no warranty after that so there wasn't anything they could do. I now have 3 units that don't work and not a lot of confidence that the other 3 aren't going to have the same thing happen.

I purchased 2 units in August. It took quite a while to receive them. The product seemed to work well for about 2 months. However when one of the units stopped working after 2 months, I contacted the company requesting a replacement. They stated they only warrant their product for 30 days and sent me a link to the manual. Not worth the money. This is an expensive product for only 60 days of use.
