Horrible experience! books had misprinted text and looks used. I never saw this kind of products when spent a good money.

The wrong book was sent. I contacted customer service email listed and told "we will send you mailing address", then did not respond with the address. I sent multiple emails to handle this over a month and they just continued to ignore me. Do not use them or you could be out of money!

I placed an order which was supposed to be delivered in 6-8 days. After not receiving the order, I contacted them and was informed the book was out of stock. They said they would refund me for the order. It's not been over a month since then and they continue to issue the refund. I've sent numerous emails and have only received a couple responses saying they're "working on it".

SCAM OF A WEBSITE. Allowed a book to be completely mislabeled. They shipped me a completely different book and have not responded to any requests to exchange or to return the item I received and get a refund. Complete sham, avoid at all costs.

Still no delivery. I contacted them again after their last response, but I only get the same message that they cannot locate my order. I know my details are correct since I used the same email for everything. I even attached proof of payment. At this point, I feel misled and scammed.

Terrible service and response time. I ordered a nec 2023 code book and was sent a psychiatry book instead. When I tried to correct this before it shipped the only response I got was "which books are you need?" So obviously broken English. When I responded with photos and the confirmation for what I ordered vs what they tried to send I got no response. Nothing. I do not recommend them ever. It was only after looking them up did I see others had the same issues. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR TIME.

I received counterfeit books with missing pages. Buybooksy claims to be legit, but what I got was shocking - a poor printed copy with many pages missing. Totally feels like a scam!

Buybooksy is a scam website, i bought 1 book but they delivered it in a very poor condition, really it's frustrating because i waste my money on this.
