Excellent customer service...
Excellent customer service... ordered a new fridge in a Sunday, shortly afterwards I received a call from them that the model had been oversold. The options were explained very clearly and I ultimately upgraded my order to keep a similar delivery date.

Called and talked to a real person.
I was unsure which unit to buy so, instead of ordering online, I called them. A real person answered the phone and provided the information that I needed. He helped me pick the best unit for my situation. They delivered fast and the unit is great.

Outstanding service on short notice.
Buy Boat Fridges is incredible! Another supplier sent me an email telling me the part I needed was postponed at least a month. Masoud stepped up on a Sunday and was able to get me the refrigerator FASTER than the date I needed it. He only had 7 days to do the impossible and got it done in 5. I will be using this company for all of my needs going forward.

I spent weeks trying to source…
I spent weeks trying to source replacement seals for my freezer and refrigerator. Masoud assisted me and was absolutely fantastic in sourcing the seals. They arrived when he said they would and fit perfectly, A great company, I would highly recommend them!!
