The go to source for Vitrifrigo
Called Adriana at Buy Boat Fridges in need of a circuit board for an older Vitrifrigo marine refrigerator - pretty early on a Friday. Not only did they have one in stock, she went out of her way to provide pricing options for the required overnight shipping - and then personally delivered the parcel to FedEx that same morning so I was able to receive it the next day - Saturday - prior to leaving on a passage. I've had prior issues getting Vitrifrigo parts - these folks are the go to source. Great service, great product knowledge, and fair prices. Many thanks.

Amazing Service Before and After the Sale
I had a great experience purchasing a Vitrifrigo freezer unit for our boat. Masoud is exceptionally knowledgeable about the product line and took the time to ensure I got exactly what I needed. What really stood out, however, was when that unit broke! Masoud (and Omar from Vitrifrigo) completely stood behind the product, had me do a few tests and then promptly replaced the unit and had it rushed from Italy at significant expense. No hassle, no fuss, just a laser focus on helping the customer and making it right. It is so rare today that this type of exceptional service is seen. I will never buy another boat refrigeration product from any company other than Masoud and Buy Boat Fridges in the future.

During our search for a replacement…
During our search for a replacement fridge for our boat, we had a very difficult time in locating one that would fit in the cutout for the old fridge. We had absolutely no room to go any higher than the opening that we had. Buy Boat Fridges not only had the dimensions of the fridge (which they pretty much all had) but in their very through website they had a chart showing the cutout dimensions required and an additional chart showing the different model refrigerators that the new one was designed to replace. This gave us confidence that we were ordering the right replacement. We also contacted their customer service line with several questions and we were very impressed how knowledgeable and helpful they were. We remain impressed and we're very satisfied!
