great customer service
i reached our because there was a issue with shipping and they sent me another one, very satisfied

Lanie, I appreciate this so much. This was such a frustrating experience for us, and we appreciate your kind comment. For the benefit of others reading this, I'll briefly fill them in. UPS for an unknown reason returned 40 packages to me that we had shipped to our customers. We were able to reship them all immediately via 2nd day air, but a frustrating experience for sure when we try our hardest to provide excellent shipping.
