We always offer upfront price quotes for any item you sell to us so you know exactly how much money your item is worth. If this price changes for any reason, we allow you to either accept or reject the new price and if you are not 100% satisfied, we will ship your item back free of charge on our dime so there is never any risk involved with selling on our Platform. We're sorry you weren't happy with your recent transaction. We typically take about one week to process an order. However, since you order came in during a surge in Trade-ins your order was slightly delayed. We cannot process payment until all devices in an order have passed inspection. As it stands, your Amazon Kindle Oasis, Apple iPhone SE, and your Galaxy S7 edge passed inspection on 05/23/2019 for the Fully Quoted Values of $90 for your Kindle Oasis, $40 for your iPhone SE and $90 for your Galaxy S7 edge. You accepted our revised offer of $25 for your iPhone 6 on 05/24/2019. We emailed you on 05/24/2019 in regards to your Google Pixel 2 being Google Locked. Your device was rechecked several times on 05/24/2019 and 05/29/2019 and it was found that your device is still Google locked. Due to this we processed your device for return to you on 05/31/2019 as we are unable to purchase Google Locked devices. Once you receive your device back you can remove the lock yourself and then place a new order to have your device reinspected. Your payment was then processed and sent out to you on 06/01/2019 for your additional items. Since you chose PayPal your funds were available for immediate usage. Thanks again and we look forward to hearing back from you in the near future.

This customer is referencing an order which was created in 2017. The customer did not respond to receive their device back during the designated time frame. At this time we are unable to assist this customer.

We're sorry you weren't happy with your experience with us on your most recent transaction. We typically take about one week to process an order. However, since you order came in during a surge in Trade-ins there was a delay in processing your order. As it stands, we emailed you on 03/04/2019 in regards to your iPhone X having a BAD ESN. Due to this we were unable to purchase your device until the ESN has been cleared. You then proceeded to ask to have your device sent back to you. Your additional two iPhone X devices passed inspection for the Fully Quoted Value of $510 for each device. Your iPhone X with the BAD ESN was then returned to you today and your payment was then processed and issued to you today (03/06/2019) Since you chose PayPal as your payment option your funds were available to you for immediate usage. Thanks again and we look forward to hearing back from you in the near future.

We're sorry you were not happy with our services. We strive to offer the quickest turnaround time and seamless process in the world, but do understand sometimes we fall short of your expectations. We had a manager review your order transactions and see that two orders were placed for the same item so we have cancelled and closed out the duplicate order. In terms of the Shipping Kit never reaching you, we send those directly to the address provided during the checkout process and then rely on the USPS to make final delivery. If there were any issues on their part, we apologize on their behalf, but we are always available via phone, chat or email to send a kit directly with tracking once an address is confirmed. In any event, your device was sent a revised offer from $12 to $5 because the model you indicated during checkout did not match the model we actually received. Your item was received on 12/31/2018, inspected on 01/03/2019, and the new quote was accepted by you on 01/09/2019. We then promptly issued your payment directly to your PayPal account on 01/11/2019 for the revised amount. We appreciate you trying our service and hope the next time we can provide you with a better experience. Thanks again for the opportunity to buyback your old products.

As it stands, on 11/20/2018 your device failed inspection due to: Boot Up Issues. For that we have sent you a revised offer of $15 for your device. You then proceeded to reject the revised offer of 11/22/2018 and your device was then returned to you on 11/23/2018 via USPS Tracking: 9405511699000115020088. We know we may value devices differently than you that is why we offer hassle free returns in the event of a return circumstance so there is never any risk or obligation when trying out our services.
