I sent my phone to them at the end of September the beginning of October and now it been over a month and I still have not received my check for the phone. They will rip you off. Never selling to them again

Terrible. Took way too long to send payment, and their emails said they would speed everything up but didn't. They also didn't send what my computer was worth. I cancelled my order, and the magically sent the payment the next day and didn't send back my computer. I would rate 0/5 if I could. To clarify: I waited a month after I received an email saying BuyBackWorld had gotten and opened my box. After a month, I requested that the computer be sent back to me because it took too long and the next day my payment had come through. They didn't send back my computer. The email support team isn't helpful at all either and only says they "will escalate this issue".

I sent in an item on 7th of Aug. the package was delivered on the 12 of Aug. it’s been three weeks the only thing it’s been saying is that the package has been received. You try to call the number no one answers the phone it just goes directly to voicemail, and it always says the voice mail is full. You email them they email you back but won’t answer the phone not good business, every time I email them they keep telling me they going to escalate the item I sent in to be processed still hasn’t been processed and it’s been three weeks. I feel they hold items hostage thinking your going to forget about the item you sent in, so they don’t have to pay you for the item you sent in. don’t use this company.

Couldn’t give a zero. I got proof of the numerous of emails wanting to know where my devices are at in the last month. All I get is status will change in a few days and my request will be escalated (if they respond to email) sent my devices 4 weeks ago! They said 7-10 day turn around is not right. I gave them a chance seeing the good and bad reviews and found out hard way its awful. I don’t write reviews but this has greatly upset me. They don’t answer phone either. Will NEVER trade with them again

Complete SCAM. They sent me 90$ on paypal but I cannot claim it and noone will answer my phone calls or respond to emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The reviews and BBB have now determined this company as a complete scam.

I sent in a device that was delivered three days ago, but still shows as "awaiting receipt" This company has not responded to any emails. MORE IMPORTANTLY, all calls to them go directly to full voicemails and then disconnects AND their "live" chat is never active even during their so called business hours. So, they have my device and I cannto find out what is going on. I regret using them. HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE (if you can even say that as customer service doesn't even exist)

I sent two gift cards in July and still have not received an update or payment for a few weeks now. I emailed and said it would be updated in the next few business days and it wasn't. Tried calling and voicemail was full and direct chat is never up always have to leave a message.

I filled out all of the forms and sent the package with three phones in it, all in excellent condition......and they said they received the package but none of the phones were in it. This company is a scam to get your equipment.....of course the phones were in the box. This is how they get out of paying you for your used phones. I will never use them again.
