I sold you a damaged Apple watch for $5. A few weeks later I received a call from Ukraine demanding the password so the buyer could erase and use. NO SELLER SHOULD TRUST YOUR COMPANY.

They do not stick to their promise of 3 day turnaround time. It's supposed to be 3 days after they receive it and my item has been sitting there for weeks. I really need the money quickly so this has been a huge problem for me. Hoping they will send the agreed upon price soon but regardless they are overpromising and underdelivering which in a time like this can result in people losing the roof over their head. I need the cash to pay my rent and I don't know how much longer I can hold off my landlord, if it was going to take weeks to process then they should be up front about it.

I had never used BuyBackWorld for my used electronics sales before, but decided to try them out and sell a MacBook Air and a MacBook Pro. Both were in perfect working condition when I sent them valued at ~$100 each. I received failure of inspections on both with low ball offers of $30. I was told that the Air no longer turned on. The Air absolutely did turn on and was used without issue up until shipping to BuyBackWorld... I gave benefit of the doubt that I could have incorrectly 'wiped' it causing an inexperienced technician some difficulties, so I accepted the offer and let it go. However, today I received another $30 offer for the Pro! This time it was for a supposed 'defective battery with scratches/dents on housing'. The Pro never had a single issue, and I don't recall any denting/scratches. This computer was used infrequently and taken very well care of in an office. Regardless, how is a computer that 'won't turn on' worth the same as one that 'needs a new battery'? I find it difficult to trust that either of these inspections were in good faith in hindsight, but particularly the Pro. I accepted their offers but will not be selling electronics to BuyBackWorld ever again.

Well, BuyBackWorld sends review requests to people who've never purchased anything from them, so I assume they're circling the drain. 0/10, will continue to not purchase from them again. Edit: because BuyBackWorld has reported my review for violating Trustpilot's Terms of Service, for the record, I have had "a genuine experience within the past 12 months" with BuyBackWorld: I sold something to them. The review request was from a buyer, which I'm not. I stand by my review. If this company can't tell the difference between people who give them money and people who they send money to, they're in trouble.

Horrible company. I waited almost a month to get my iPhone inspected. They came back and changed my evaluation because my iPhone had a cracked screen. I sent in my iPhone with NO CRACKS ANYWHERE. They provided no pictures and devalued my item. HORRIBLE COMPANY. DO NOT SEND YOUR ITEMS HERE. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME.

TOTAL SCAM, sent in a working Cintiq monitor and after a month they dropped my quote down to Poor/Defective. Rejected the offer and had them send the product back to me. Monitor works like it's new and they did not return all the accessories I shipped them. Tried emailing them and never heard back and it's impossible to contact them via phone. Never use their service.

They received a working Apple Watch from me, and only refunded me $2. I emailed back and said that I would not accept this, and I would like my device returned immediately. It was ignored and the $2 refund proceeded. I tried calling multiple times and apparently their "voicemail" is full. No response from emailing or calling. TOTAL SCAM EDIT-IN REPLY TO BUY BACK WORLD No, it was and is NOT iCloud locked. It was also sent with original band, original charger, fully charged and ready to go. There was no email sent. Feel free to show evidence of your claim. SCAM.

This company is absolutely a scam. They don't honor what they have agreed to pay for my phone. They counter offer with a less than half of the original agreed price. I rejected the counter offer and asked to return my phone, they than return the phone to me without the brand new original box, earphone and power adapter. This company do not deserve any star!!! I gave them 1 star as I am force to, without giving them at least 1 star the review wont' process.
