This company is garbage. Do not do business with them. I sent in two smartwatches in nearly new condition along with their chargers and manuals. They send me an email stating that they had received them but that one of the watches did not have a charger so they had to order one? Fast forward 3 weeks and I have a inquired on the status of my items three times. They are not responding to my requests. I’m going to move on as they essentially stole my items. Seller beware!

Horrible experience. Should be zero stars. I was originally quoted $177 for my fully functional, no scratches or cracks iPhone XR 128gb device. They sent me an email saying the phone I sent them was an iPhone 6 and offered me only $10. I rejected that offer and they sent me that wrong phone (iPhone 6) back. After complaining and providing the IMEI number, they located the phone I sent them but changed the offer to $80 (because of a Defective Digitizer / touchscreen). There was nothing wrong with the phone when I sent it in. Touchscreen worked. I rejected that offer, returned the iPhone 6 they had claimed I sent them, and am waiting for my original phone to be returned. Shady business practices. I won't be doing business with them again and recommend you think twice before sending them your device. Update: They said they would send my phone back to me. I haven’t received it and they fail to answer my inquiries. I believe they lost the my phone. I no longer want to do business with this company. I want my original phone back so I can work with an honest company.

They said that my Apple Watch was not in the box upon arrival, which is not true! I personally packaged the watch in the box and mailed it.

This is the worse company I have ever used and will never use again. They sent my payment to the wrong person, that person took my payment and instead of trying to fix the mistake they blocked me and disabled my account. So now they have my device and someone else out there in the world has my payment. I literally showed them proof they sent the payment to the wrong person and they didn’t care. What a bunch of thieves. I really hope people think twice about using an unethical company like this.

I sold my ipad to BuyBackWorld for $32 on 10/6/2021. They don't see any issue after they received and checked it. But they changed their offer to $27 without any explanation. There is no phone and email to contact them. It is very bad company.

This company has no consideration from people or their property. I was quoted $100 for a brand new apple tv 4k and $30 for my air pods. My apple TV was still in the box the plastic hadn't even been broken off and my air pods wasn't even a year old got the labels printed shipped my equipment off they started that they received it everything was going good until they said the air pods didn't pass inspection. They said they would give me $4 for them I still said OK well what about my other device they said they quoted me a price of $0 for a brand new apple TV still in the box( or you kidding me. They even went as far as sending me a fake receipt from PayPal stating that my money was in my account and to make this even worse they told me to stop contacting them. I told them I was reporting them if no one would get in contact with me they said oh well good luck. I have proof stating that they've deposited the money in my account but when I ask for a receipt they tell me to contact PayPal customer support I would gladly change my review if I was to receive my payment.

I sold two phones to Buy Back World. They gave one a value of 45.00 and the other for 15.00. They did not send me any payment. When I contacted customer service they told me that they had made payment and complaint was solved. This company is a scam. Do not send your phone to them. They will keep the phone and make no payment to the account This company doesn’t deserve 1star rating!

This company plays games. They stated because of COVID things were taking longer. The offered me $140 for the phone I had and after over a week they came back offering me $25. They want to pretend the phone's ESN is locked by Sprint. This phone was NEVER on the Sprint network and is unlocked. I called T-Mobile and did everything they (BuyBackWorld.com) asked me to do and was told by T-Mobile there is nothing on there end locking the phone, the account is closed, there is no balance on the account, and the phone is not stolen per their records (they allowed me to put it on their network so obviously that is the case). I AM LIVID that this company thinks they are going to insult me and lie to try to steal the phone!!!
