We're sorry you weren't happy with your recent transaction. We typically take about one week to process an order. However, since you order came in during a surge in Trade-ins your order was slightly delayed. As it stands, your device passed inspection on 05/28/2019 for the Fully Quoted Value of $40. Your payment was then processed and sent out to you on 05/30/2019. You should be receiving your check within the next week . However, if you do not you can always email [email protected] and we'll issue you a new check with a tracking number to avoid any further delivery issues. However, since you order came in during a surge in Trade-ins your order was slightly delayed and it took 10 days to complete your order. As it stands, Your iPhone 7 Plus passed inspection on 04/19/2019 for the Fully Quoted Value of $295. Your payment was then processed and issued out to you on 04/22/2019. As it stands, your device was received on 12/28/2018 and your device then passed inspection on 01/02/2019 for the Fully Quoted Value of $32. Your payment was then processed and mailed out to you on 01/04/2019. We have no control over USPS Transit times. Since your order came when we were transitioning to a new facility in order to better service our customers there was a delay in processing your order. As it stands, on 11/07/2018 your device passed inspection for the Fully Quoted Value of $120. Your payment was then processed and mailed out on 11/08/2018. You should have received your payment already but if you do not, you can always email [email protected] with your Order ID and we'll send out a new check with a tracking number to avoid delivery issues.
