It's been 3 weeks that they have received my iphone, and there is no way of tracking even you follow their direction online, no one answer the phone no matter which option you choose! Where is my phone??? You can't hold it as hostage and no one answer it! Updates 9/3/3019 I am filing scam business with Federal Trade Commission AND Federal Bureau of Investigation-Internet Crime Compliant Center Pls do the same if you think they are scam!!

Sent me a pre-paid return box with insufficient postage and I had to pay postman. Called and they said they would refund me. Took several weeks after that to finally get paid. And of course they never refunded me the cost of the postage.

Terrible service, although ultimately got paid the promised quote for my phone. It took almost 2 months to get paid, and that was only after I threatened to file a complaint with the better business bureau. By the way, the BBB has 200 complaints against them. I will never work with this company again. In the response to my review that appears below, they failed to mention the numerous emails that went unanswered and the fact that it took over a month to even look at my phone despite all of the email follow ups I sent. They also failed to mention that they promised to look at my phone within 2 business days after my 3rd or 4th email, and that was about 2 weeks before they did (I followed up multiple times after the deadline had passed). In addition, the phone NEVER had a bad ESN. I owned it free and clear when I sent it, and when I FINALLY got a supervisor on a live chat, they admitted the ESN was never bad, and that the error was on their end. I stand by my original review...don't be fooled by their response. It was not until I threatened to file a complaint with the BBB that I got paid.

It has been over 6 weeks since I sent an item to sell, and I have not yet been paid. I was advised that due to a major influx of iPhones, payments could be delayed. I understand that, but a delay of more than 6 weeks? Come on, you can do better than that!

(updated 10/26/18) My advice is to approach this site with caution. I made an "order" to sell them a Moto E4 (a current spec phone!) for the ridiculous price of $15. I stupidly sent the phone in & they received it on Sep 10, 2018; I *finally* received a check on Oct 25 - a month & a half later! They claimed the delay was due to moving to another location. NOT MY PROBLEM. If they couldn't fulfill their business obligations, for whatever reason, they shouldn't have been accepting orders to buy or sell phones. I have to wonder how long it would've taken (if ever) to get payment if they hadn't seen this review & replied to it. At any rate, they did eventually complete the deal; time will tell whether the time frames will get better once they've settled into their new location. Your experiences may vary.

This was my second time selling to these guys, and honestly I should have known better... The first sale to them involved some significant delays and me reaching out to them several times before it finally went through. And this time my experience was similar, only worse... Everything started off well and the process to find out what your Apple product is worth, get a quote, pack and ship the item to them was extremely simple and quick. I received email notifications along the way, which was nice, until the point that my package was opened for review at their facility (just a couple days after initiating) and just like before thats when all progress stopped... It has since required about a month of me regularly contacting them, the issue being escalated to management (with no responses etc) before I finally got paid (after threatening to file a complaint)... Anyways, in a world full of these type of buy-back business', where the competition is stiff, these guys really need to step up their game. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time around but it now appears that they have gotten even worse and I certainly would not recommend using these guys. Cheers.
