Horrible never received anything and its a whole month later, first they got an empty box without my item in it, then all of a sudden it passes inspection and i will be paid 3-5 business days. A month goes by and still nothing these guys are crooks at this point I feel like they robbed me. Ok i just got an email that i got paid sheesh 🤷🏽‍♂️ u gotta complain a few times to get things done. Thanks for the payment, but i will never use or recommend the site to anyone.

Never use this company it took them to long to finish inspection I had to send a ticket in to get it done and then they said it would be 2 business days to pay me and I just received it 6 days later after I put in a ticket

Been waiting over 3 weeks now. Accepted revised offer and have still yet to receive my money. PAYPAL takes all of 30 seconds.. they ahve great apprasail procing, but at the cost of customer satisfaction. Smh

I sent them my cell phone as good in condition because it only had a little scuff mark on a corner. Everything about my phone was in perfect condition and they offered me $295. The minute they got it they used the scuff against me and said that it was now worth $45. I rejected their offer. What a load of crap.

I used this online buying service to sell my phone that was less than 6 months old, because I got a new one. It takes them forever to process the item once they get it. Then there is a constant process of sending you emails then they say, Congratulations we received your device, we are inspecting your device, we're going to pay you the full value for your device, it's in excellent condition. Then I just waited and waited and waited and waited. I even sent an email asking when I'm going to get my payment. I get some response back from some bot or some person in God knows where, saying the situation has been resolved, and you'll get an email when we pay you out. Now I am still waiting on this. That was 5 plus days ago. I would not sell anything to this company, they obviously don't really care about customer service. They only want your product, so they can make money off it. Not sure why it takes 2 or more weeks to pay you what they owe you.

I am not getting any update on the payment for sending and accepting my devices. They state payment is to be sent via Venmo in 2-3 days and now itt has been 6+ bussiness days and they are not getting me any update besides the below. Dont sell to them. Thanks for following up with us and we apologize for the delay. We have created a ticket with our Billing Dept. to issue your payment and as soon as they do, we will notify you via email. UPDATE: I was finally paid. Still very annoying.

Sold them AirPods 2 pro they sent it to a koala refurbishment they said AirPods were fakes it a lie I checked serial number on apple website it came back with a warranty date like it supposed to. now that want me to pay return shipping don’t deal with these people thieves they can stick the AirPods where the sun don’t shine lesson learned

I sold with this company through a vender and they bought from these without a problem, then when I sold to them again they said my items were not authentic. I sent they a receipt like they asked for and I have nit gotten back from them or know why would they say my item is counterfeit
