We're sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied with your recent transaction with us and want to make it right. As it stands, regarding your device associated with Order ID: PS1295859443921, you had stated during order creation that you would be sending in a Apple In-Ear Headphones with Remote and Mic ME186LL/A device for the Quoted Value of $1 but it was noted that you were actually sending in a pair of JBL headphones which were not listed on our website www.buiybackworld.com at that time. Due to this, once your device was received at our facilities your Quoted Value was changed from $1 to $4 due to the device that you sent in having a higher value than the one stated in the order. Your payment was then processed and a check was sent out to you via USPS First Class on 09/12/16. Please be advised, if for any reason you didn't receive your check within the projected 10 day business day delivery you can always contact our Customer Service at [email protected] and they will notify the billing department that your check has not be received by you and to reprint it and send a new one out to you with a USPS Tracking Number to ensure you are aware of where your check is during transit. Again, we apologize that we weren't able to resolve this for you sooner and value your feedback and trying our services. Thank you.
