Terrible. I bought a phone case, they sent me a size that doesn't fit. After several emails where they tried to blame me for ordering the wrong size (asking for lot of pictures and even a video ???) although it was their mistake, they sent me another one that came without a box and completely damaged. But the thing is... I never asked for another one, I wanted my money back because I was hoping they would honour their own refund policy, but they just decided to send me another one. After reporting that the second one was broken, they completely ghosted me and never refunded me anything. They are a complete scam ! Never buy from them.
It is now obvious why you can't review on their on website...

If you are tempted - avoid at all costs!!
**IF you are tempted to buy from Tac, please dont!!**
I bought 2 matte screen protectors for my iPhone 17 Pro Max after hearing some good reviews, but what I ended up receiving is 2 iPhone Air screen protectors instead.
It took 10 days for my order to arrive in the UK. Absolutely shocking attention to detail and I am sure I wont even get a reply for refund so I am likely to go straight to a chargeback request instead.

I rarely write negative reviews
I rarely write negative reviews, but this company earned one.
I purchased the TAC Tracking Card for my wallet for approximately $29. The card was dead on arrival from a practical standpoint. I attempted the setup repeatedly, and every single attempt stalled indefinitely at "Finishing setup." It never completed. It never worked. I never got to use the product I paid for.
What truly deserves criticism, however, is the company's response.
When I requested a refund for a product that never functioned, they didn't simply stand behind what they sold. Instead, they demanded that I spend my time creating a video to prove their defective product didn't work. Then they informed me that if I wanted my money back, I would also have to pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
Let's be clear: they're asking customers to pay a restocking fee on a product that never successfully worked in the first place.
Their alternative? Make a troubleshooting video so they can decide whether to send a replacement.
No.
When I buy a brand-new product, I expect it to work. If it doesn't, I expect the company to make it right—not assign me homework.
The $29 isn't what bothers me. It's the attitude that the burden of quality control belongs to the customer. My time has value. If your product arrives defective, I shouldn't have to become your technical support department, videographer, and shipping clerk just to avoid losing money.
There are countless Bluetooth trackers on the market. After this experience, I see absolutely no reason to buy this one.
If this review saves even one person from wasting their time and money, it was worth writing.

Looks Great at First, Ages Terribly
Ordered a standard Case 4.0 and was sceptical due to the low reviews and the Yodel tracking showing it as AliExpress. Upon arrival, the case had nice packaging and looked great. It’s very thin, wraps around the phone well, and the cutouts are precise.
Within a few weeks of use the case loosened slightly not enough to fall off, but enough that you can feel movement when holding the phone firmly.
Three months later, the case has aged poorly. Although I only keep my phone in my pockets, the matte finish has worn off since day one and now shows lots of visible scratches. It has scratched far worse than my screen protector. The case also lets in a lot of dust and debris, which has scratched the back glass of my 15 Pro.
TLDR: Nice to use at first and feels really nice, but it doesn’t age well and not worth the price. I won’t be buying it again.

Feels cheap
Feels cheap, very cheaply made, and not worth the money.
Doesn't fit well and sits very loosely on the iPhone 17 Pro.
I ordered two cases.
Returns are only accepted with a 20% processing fee. Return shipping costs to the USA must also be paid by the customer. A rip-off.

There is no customer service at all
There is no customer service at all. I wanted to cancel my order, but no answer. I got my order and was asking how to return it, and no answer again.

Do not trust this company
Do not trust this company. Been over a month and nothing was delivered. Emails take weeks to get a response and they do not help. Scammers, is what they are. Beware. That are based outside the USA and portraying themselves to be American. That are in Asia. Scammer site

Hello,
I’m sorry to hear about this! Although we’re based in the USA and ship our products from Arizona, we’ve reached out to you to investigate the issue.

No costumer support
I placed an order on 27th December. The following day, as stated on the website, I contacted support to request a change to the order, asking to replace it with another mobile model within the same price category.
Unfortunately, my request appears to have been ignored. Two days later, I received an email confirming that the original order had already been shipped, with no acknowledgment of my change request.
It has now been four days, and I have still not received any response from customer support. At this stage, even if a reply comes, it will likely state that the order has already been dispatched—something that could have been avoided if support emails were reviewed in time.
This experience raises concerns about the effectiveness of the customer support system, as contacting support seems to have no impact before shipment.
Overall, I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and order-handling process.
