We would like to clarify this situation. FineProxy does not offer a “4000 IP” plan. The client purchased multiple independent 500-IP packages. According to the product specifications, these packages do not guarantee global IP uniqueness across different purchases or accounts unless a dedicated plan is explicitly selected. At a later stage, the client requested that we assemble a single package consisting exclusively of unique IP addresses. We informed the client that, within FineProxy’s current technical and product framework, fulfilling such a request is not possible. The service was actively used for several days before the client contacted support. As stated in our Refund Policy, a full refund is available within 24 hours from the moment of purchase. After this period, refunds to the original payment method are not possible. No technical issues or service malfunctions were identified. All provided IP addresses are fully functional, and the client continues to use the service. We strongly recommend contacting our support team before placing large-scale orders, so the most appropriate solution can be selected in advance. In this case, such a consultation was not requested prior to the purchase. FineProxy team
