The service and ease of buying were fine. But compared to the quality of the wool pad I purchased in 2008 for my trike, which wasn't cheap then, the thickness and quality is just not built into this new one. When I felt the package before I opened it, it felt lite. Seeing it, I was very disappointed. Basically is half the cushion of the original one I had. My expectations were higher. Clarification on this review. The one I purchased before I did not purchase from this company. It has been to many years and I cannot remember which company I bought it from nor the brand. I do owe Peter Hemmerick a kudos for calling me and asking about my review and why I was dissatisfied. When I explained he did say that customers satisfaction is his top priority and invited me to at least ride a while using the pad and if I found it not to be what I want, that I could send it back and he would give me a refund. That was very considerate and showed the company does care. For customer concern. I give 5 stars.

Since I can not reply back to the butt buffer reply I will have to continue it here. This is not the first complaint I made. The second set stunk just as bad as the first set. Also I was not the only person who smelt it the chemical smell that you seem to be the only one who doesn't smell it. I do feel they would be awesome if they didn't stink so bad. I have recently moved & now have my own house with a garage & yard & as soon as the weather get warmer I will lay them out in the sun on my driveway & since I will be buying a power washers I'll wash the hell out of them & see if the smell finally goes away.

I was actually just going through my emails to find out about the return policy. You could take this with a grain of salt. Nobody cares about my opinion. I think the hype was way better than the actual butt pad to be honest that actually kind of bothered me and it made it worse. I’ve written a few hours in total with it. Maybe that’s not enough, but that was definitely enough for me. I had my girl take it and I preferred a seat by itself

Well, I really thought after reading and hearing how this product was advertised, I thought finally I've found what I'm looking for. That's why I didn't mind spending the over $100 bills for this cushion. We'll sorry I was wrong. After riding 1.5 hrs I still felt no difference from my regular seat. The cushion is kinda hard to the touch but I thought that was the unique design that would keep.my lower back and butt from hurting on a long ride, not! Very disappointed especially now that I have to find another cushion. I was going to go for the sheepskin and I wish I did because even if that didn't work I wouldn't have wasted over $100. P.S. the cushion looks nice though but thats not it, sorry.

When I received the Butt Buffer I was disappointed about how thin it was. I tried it on our Harley and it fit but was not comfortable. So I had to send it back. Loved the design on the cover.

Just disappointed after reading the reviews I purchased the buffer and was excited to get it real fast but it didn't help my butt any still had the same issues aching and numbness after only riding hour and a half

I am not noticing much of a difference, kinda disappointed.

Didn’t offer a whole lot of comfort went 150 miles, butt was still sore on my tailbone was not worth 120 bucks
