Fantastic Customer Service

The customer service is top notch. The clips were left out of my package, so, I emailed the company. Very shortly after the email was sent I received a phone call from Peter advising me they had been made aware of this with some of their packages and that he would get the missing clips sent ASAP. Peter shipped the missing hardware the same day. The phone call was much appreciated. Great product and I would recommend Butt Buffer to anyone.

I now have 3 of these butt buffer pads for each of my motorcycles. They definitely extend the ride and they look great on the bike. I have two 2018 Honda Goldwing Tours and a 2010 Kawasaki Vulcan Voyager.

I took a 500 mile ride to Daytona Beach and the ride was very comfortable

Perfect size for a medium size pillion; would also work with a large pillion with a smaller passenger. .

The customer service was excellent. I had a quick question and it was immediately answered.

This is exactly as advertised, what the Dr. ordered and does a great job adding some cushioning. The folks ( Peter ) could not have been more pleasant and helpful. I have tried others, this is the one !
