I put on about 500 miles this last weekend. It seems to be a bit more comfortable than just the seat. My problem is there is no real place to hook the very large hooks it comes with. I watched a couple videos that said to wrap it around the seat and hook them together, but if I do that the seat won't go back in place correctly.

I did 190 mile ride yesterday with the pad for the first time. It’s OK, it wasn’t cloud like and I think an improvement over no pad at all. I think it’s one of those go with out until your butt gets sore then put it on the seat to increase the days distance. It could be easier to strap on. Don’t try with gloves on. Lol. I’m doing a 4000 mile ride in July. I’ll Post a good-or pass on it review when I get back FYI Im about 250 pounds and ride an 83 BMW R80 that’s 30 years younger than me. That might have some effect on comfort.

I took an 8 hour ride (with multiple breaks) on my Fat Boy 2021 and I honestly could not tell any difference with or without butt buffer. I will continue using it before passing a final judgment, but that is my honest first impression.

Helps somewhat, but overall, for the price, its a disappointment

Seems well made,but all honesty my butt was sore after about a hr in the ride.same distance without the buffer. Quick stop for lunch temp in low 80s but the buffer had heated up to butt scorching temps. Recommended it be removed or covered up if leaving in the sun for any amount of time.

Well made product, but I didn’t really notice a difference in comfort when using.

The pad was of good quality and the cover was excellent, however, it only relieved my tailbone pain slightly. After about 100 - 125 miles, my tailbone was hurting and I to stop, get off, and walk around a bit. So with that, I’m only giving it 3 stars. I’m sure there’s folks out there who the pad worked better for them but my experience was not what I thought or hoping it would be.
