Once ordered it was shipped out right away. I called the phone number to order it and the representative answered right away. I asked him about sizing and he gave me excellent advise. The seat is pretty comfortable and was a big time improvement. I still hurt after riding but it may just be me. I tried and air cushion before ordering this. This one is great improvement over air cushion in my opinion.

Ordering process and shipping were great. The product has a strong oder even a week after delivered. I am sure it will eventually fade. The comfort and attachment system are great so far, have yet to do a long ride on it. My only real complaint is the cover is very slick on the top side and you tend to slide around on it.

The odor is an issue we've encountered from time to time. If it doesn't dissipate, we'll replace the polymer for you. If the "slickness" continues to be an issue, let us know. We'll replace the cover with a fabric cover which should eliminate that issue.

Received the product quickly and began using on short rides, but (butt) have yet to go on a long ride for the real test. I ride a 2020 CVO Street Glide with stock seat and custom backrest made by Bad Boyz. The stock seat doesn't provide much cushion so something was needed and didn't want to raise my riding position so much with aftermarket seats. I'll be going on a long ride next month in Fla. and that will be the real test. But (butt), so far so good on the daily shorter rides! Will update review after the week long ride next month.

The butt buffer came quickly, and it performed as expected, but I'm not riding outside yet. the initial issue was the smell that it had coming out of the packaging and I had to let it set for a few days before the smell was tolerable.

When you've had a chance to put some miles on it, let us know what you think. As for the smell...that remains a mystery. It doesn't happen very often. And when it does, it only seems to effect certain individuals. The good news, it usually dissipates and if it doesn't, we'll replace it and that's always solved the problem.

You ordered a small. If you received something other than that, we'll gladly exchange it for you. We do occasionally make a mistake. I can guarantee you, you did not receive a memory foam product. I'm not even sure how our polymer could be confused for foam.

At age 71, and driving a 24-year-old motorcycle, I was able to do a 7-hour ride without much discomfort. Before the butt buffer about 3 hours was my limit. My only confusion was how to attach the butt buffer to my seat. The two large elastic straps went right across my seat latch. I was able to work something out, but it was trial and error. Also the curved pieces of plastic and snap latch came without explanation. Perhaps a 'best way to attach' pamphlet showing the optional ways to attach the seat cover would be helpful. Hi Tom, Thanks for your feedback. The plastic clips are designed to fit under the lip of the seat. They work on most metric bikes. The quick disconnect can be used instead of the clips if the seat pan doesn't have a satisfactory attaching point.

Incredibly fast shipping and great communication were both appreciated. Seat cover appears to be very well-made but, alas, there is no discernible difference in comfort with it in place.

How long a ride did you take? It's going to take an hour or two of riding before you're going to notice a difference in comfort.
