Great service and excellent delivery timing.

Had my Butt Buffer stolen off of my bike in a parking lot last week. Forgot to secure it! Love the product so much after riding with it for nearly a year that I quickly ordered a new one on line. Paid the extra $35 for 2 day air on Fri and hoped for the best. Got email confirmation and a tracking number right away and my new buffer arrived on Monday! That was Penn to Calif. Love the product and the service!

Customer service was above expectations. Great to deal with. The owner is very helpful and there to answer any questions you have.

Butt Buffer is very customer oriented. I ordered a web design and I received a standard seat cover. I contacted Peter,he reviewed the order and also realized that he had sent me an small instead of the medium size. He sent the correct unit overnight. Quality item and great customer service.

Ordered on Wednesday and received on Friday!! Christmas gift and thought I may have ordered it too late. Nice to have choices so I could try to match her Spyder - perfect. Product is well made and very comfortable to ride on

Lightning Fast shipping, Been using butt buffers for 30 years. Same amazing product it was 30 years ago!!

When I called with a question, I got a recording. What was good about that? The answer is simple, I was quickly called back. My questions were answered, and I went online to place the order. I received the order in less than a week. I am completely satisfied at this time with the service and the product. I am looking forward to going on a 2- or 3-hour ride to test it. Thank You.
