Butler TravelReviews of butlertravel.com

Our trip to Ireland was incredible. The hotels they chose worked out great. The tour places they suggested helped us in our decision of where to go.

Correct and good advice on travel, timely attention and prompt delivery of tickets and travel docs. Staff is well informed, and they kind and gracious.

I’ve done multiple trips to Africa…. Butler travel is my number one choice ALWAYS. They are fast, knowledgeable and always get me a great price, and itinerary. The best!!!

It's so nice to relax knowing someone else has your back. The travel plans were flawless.

Our family was traveling internationally for the first time. Butler Travel helped us book affordable tickets that met our needs to be seated with our children, have a workable schedule, navigate itinerary changes, and get the best deal for our luggage needs. When our flight was delayed and we missed our connection, they walked us through complicated issues and were able to assist in getting a new flight booked, and hotel and food paid for by the airline. On our return trip, Butler Travel had done such a good job booking our tickets and providing for our luggage that we avoided paying high fees that other travelers were paying due to that country's differences in luggage policy.

Butler Travel is my go-to travel agency for the past 20 years. Personalized service is always just an email or phone call away. You talk to a real person and get to know the nice people in this small company who go on teambuilding trips to become a more cohesive and high-performing team. When it comes to planning a holiday, their knowledgeable staff keep you in mind and let you know when something you might like comes along. Plus, Butler Travel's beautiful wall calendar is hanging in my home.

Butler Travel did an excellent job planning our family trip to Japan. Shannon found us 2 hands-on private classes where we loved watching our grandchildren learn new skills. She arranged a private family bicycle ride to Nara Park to experience the bowing deer. She gave us recommendations for apps to help us navigate the train system within the cities. She found us housing that was close to train stations, restaurants and food markets. Housing that allowed us all to stay under one roof which is remarkable in Japan where houses are very small. This was a very memorable family experience. Thank you, Butler Travel!

Butler Travel has been there for us for more than 20 years. We confidently book all of our travel through them, knowing that if we get into trouble anywhere in the world, they are there for us. Our itineraries are often complicated but they always find us a good schedule and price if these are to be found. We have had to make trips at the last minute for emergencies and they have always been there--even during weekends and afterhours. All of this is done while keeping our cost low. We now feel like Butler Travel is part of our family or maybe we are part of theirs. Don't know what we would do without them!!!!! We are currently on leave from our work in India. We had tickets to return this week. Unfortunately, our visas haven't come through. We had to cancel our flights. As usual, we called Butler Travel who quickly and efficiently handled everything. THANK YOU BUTLER TRAVEL
