DO NOT BUY CUSTOM BOARDS FROM THEM! This has been the worst customer experience I have ever had. They use an AI bot to handle their customer service, which replies once a week and you cannot speak to anyone there. We ordered a custom board 5/1, and eventually cancelled the order 7/31 because it still had not shipped. Constant promises of shipping soon, delays, and even order cancellations on their part. This was such a nightmare, and was suppose to be a birthday gift for my son. Please save yourself the headache and buy somewhere else. I am very sad to no longer purchase Bustin Boards since they WERE so good, but it is not worth the experience trying to buy a custom board.

Ordered in May and now at the end of July and still no board. They said they would have product in mid July. I emailed them for an update and still no response.

Its been literally 5 weeks since I ordered the sportster board. In fact I emailed them about it and they said they would give me a different graphic type of sportster with shipping confirmation the same day. I never received that shipping confirmation OR tracking order............
